Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Julianne Webber, 26, of Ansonia, was arrested June 16 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 24, according to state judicial records.

Preston D. Massaro, 35, of Wallingford, was arrested June 16 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 12.

Enid Ochoa, 46, of Meriden, was arrested June 17 on two counts of possession of controlled substance – first offense, and one count each of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, and improper use of marker/license/registration. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 12.

Ralph Suscietto, 63, of Wallingford, was arrested June 17 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 31.

Luis G. Cabrera, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested June 17 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 28.

Nicholas C. Candido, 25, of Wallingford, was arrested June 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to wear safety belt, and traffic control signals. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 24.

William P. Mindek, 68, of Wallingford, was arrested June 18 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court. A re-arrest was ordered on July 31.

Angel J. Medrano, 25, of Waterbury, was arrested June 20 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 29.

Ryan M. Carafeno, 28, of East Haven, was arrested June 21 on charges of larceny of motor vehicle – first offense, first-degree criminal trover, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 30.

Curt R. Soule, 49, of West Haven, was arrested June 21 on a charge of violating standing criminal protective order. He was being held in lieu of a $7,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 6. He was additionally charged June 22 with second-degree failure to appear and held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges, according to state judicial records.

Walter J. Urbanski, 61, of Wallingford, was arrested June 23 on charges of second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 14.
