WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Jose L. Diaz, 22, of Meriden, was arrested June 26 on three counts of violation of protective order and one count each of carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 27, according to state judicial records.

John P. Pereira, 54, of North Branford, was arrested June 26 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 6.

Tanisha N. Vasquez, 31, of Wallingford, was arrested June 27 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 22.

Amy L. Defigueiredo, 48, of Wallingford, was arrested June 27 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. She was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 23.

Kyjuan Thomas, 23, of Eastpointe, Michigan, was arrested June 27 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 23.

Alexis Lamboy-Rodriguez, 35, of East Haven, was arrested June 27 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court. A re-arrest order was issued on Aug. 6.

Jose M. Santini, 45, of New Haven, was arrested June 27 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court. A re-arrest order was issued on Aug. 6.

Kristine Zullo, 52, of Wallingford, was arrested June 28 on four counts of third-degree burglary and one count of sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $20,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 9.

Jonathan P. Garcia, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested June 28 on charges of risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 28.

Herbert O. Nieves, 49, of Milford, was arrested June 29 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, improper entry/exit of limited access highway, and operating under suspension. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 16.

Joshua M. Stanley, 32, of Waterbury, was arrested June 29 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and possession of controlled substance – first offense. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 19.

Julio C. Robles, 38, of Hartford, was arrested June 30 on charges of fourth-degree larceny and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 30.

Amanda J. Coleman, 40, of Voluntown, was arrested July 2 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Sept. 6.
