Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Joshua J. Pires, 45, of North Haven, was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating motor vehicle under suspension – alcohol, second-degree reckless endangerment, evading responsibility – injury/property damage and illegal operation of motor vehicle without ignition device. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 6, according to state judicial records.
Cecelia M. Meccia, 33, of Mahwah, New Jersey, was arrested Aug. 27 on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 2.

Giovanni F. Perrelli, 33, of Cheshire, was arrested Aug. 28 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 26.
Matthew C. Meunier, 35, of New Haven, was arrested Aug. 29 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and thrown objects at motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 6.

Shayla Ramsey-Williams, 35, of Indian Orchard, Massachusetts, was arrested Aug. 29 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 10.
Laura Giles, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 29 on charges of violation of protective order and interfering with an emergency call. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 2.
Virginia K. Benbow, 23, of Durham, was arrested Aug. 29 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 3.
Alisha R. Riso, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 1 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 9.
Shannon M. Riso, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 1 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 9.
Brayden L. Fenn, 18, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 7.
Oran E. Burgess, 63, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 13.
Tyler J. Harrison, 20, of Hamden, was arrested Sept. 2 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was additionally charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use – marker / license / registration, operating without insurance, operating without a license, operating under suspension, tinted auto glass requirements, interfering with an officer/resisting, and second-degree failure to appear. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 11.
