Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

David Concaugh, 23, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 3 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 16, according to state judicial records.

Ruben R. Cardona, 50, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 4 on a charge of criminal violation of a restraining order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 7.

Victor H. Manuel-Yaque, 45, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 4 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, drinking while driving, and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 17.

Johnathan L. Camacho, 33, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 4 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 27.

Kathryn Hagen, 62, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 5 on a charge of third-degree assault – victim elderly or other. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 9.

Jack Farrell, 66, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 6 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 25.

Miriam Aquino, 47, of New Haven, was arrested Sept. 6 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 19.

Jazmin T. McGhee, 38, of New Haven, was arrested Sept. 7 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 19.

Aaron L. Askew, 31, of Cheshire, was arrested Sept. 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, operating under suspension, failure to comply with fingerprint request, and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 25.

Daniel J. Daddio, 58, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and disobeying signal of officer. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 20.

Brenden M. Kane, 19, of Durham, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of violation of protective order and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 29. He was additionally charged with violation of protective order and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 29.
