Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Justin Masek, 34, of Derby, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $21,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 14, according to state judicial records. He was also charged with sixth-degree larceny and was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond. Masek was additionally charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear, three counts of second-degree failure to appear, and one count of violation of probation.
Paul A. Rish, 63, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 19 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 15.

Danielle Delong, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 19 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 22.
Dmitry Dobrovolski, 55, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 20 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 12.

Luis Minaya, 36, of Hartford, was arrested Sept. 22 on charges of carrying pistol without a permit, criminal attempt at first-degree reckless endangerment, criminal attempt at first-degree robbery, criminal attempt at second-degree larceny, and criminal attempt at illegal discharge of firearm. He was being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 7.
Stephen E. Dickson, 45, of Colchester, was arrested Sept. 22 on charges of enticing a minor by computer, criminal attempt at risk of injury to child, and criminal attempt at second-degree sexual assault. He was released after posting a $150,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 29.
Callie M. Tart, 23, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 23 on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 30.
John Brooks, 50, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 23 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 22.
Reina Cordero, 31, of New Haven, was arrested Sept. 24 on two counts of second-degree breach of peace and one count each of second-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer/resisting. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 4.
Daniel A. Cordero, 32, of West Haven, was arrested Sept. 24 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 4.
Danielle Mercuri, 36, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substance – second offense. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 14.
Tyrell J. Williams, 29, of West Haven, was arrested Sept. 25 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 17.
Nickroy Williams, 29, of Hartford, was arrested Sept. 26 on charges of second-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 15.
Melissa R. Falconeri, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 27 on two counts of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 13.
