Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Doreen Harker, 54, of New Haven, was arrested Oct. 13 on charges of first-degree forgery, third-degree larceny, second-degree identity theft, and criminal impersonation. She was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 8, according to state judicial records.
Johnathan L. Camacho, 33, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 13 on a charge of violation of a protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 15. He was also charged with two counts of violation of a protective order on Oct. 20. He was released after posting bonds totaling $7,000.

Robert L. Wagner, 35, of Oakville, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of possession of burglar tools and conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal trespass. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 5.
Justin D. Boll, 34, of Naugatuck, was arrested Oct. 15 on a charge of conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal trespass. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 4.

Edwin G. Maldonado, 39, of Waterbury, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of third-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 4.
Joseph M. Martinez, 31, of Watertown, was arrested Oct. 16 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 19.
Kaylie M. Chudyi, 35, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 16 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 14.
Devante Dixon, 31, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 17 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Jan. 31.
Frank Rivera, 31, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 18 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 31.
Giorgi Driaev, 50, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested Oct. 18 on charges of possession of controlled substance – first offense, and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 13.
Giorgi Akhalasshuvili, 41, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested Oct. 18 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and possession of controlled substance – first offense. He was released on a promise to appear in court. A re-arrest order was issued Dec. 6, according to state judicial records.
Michael R. Daily, 45, of Seymour, was arrested Oct. 19 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and interfering with officer / resisting. He was being held in lieu of a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 3.
Amanda C. Begnoche, 36, of Derby, was arrested Oct. 19 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and unsafe backing. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 22.
Ana E. Spellman, 46, of New Haven, was arrested Oct. 20 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and simple trespass. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 9.
Rodney High, 58, of New Haven, was arrested Oct. 20 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and simple trespass. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 11.
