Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Jose A. Muniz, 27, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 21 on charges of violation of probation and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 19, according to state judicial records.

Kaitlyn E. Ercolani, 21, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 22 on two counts of second-degree threatening and one count of second-degree harassment. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 21.

Jose Chapa-Bautista, 51, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 22 on charges of second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct. He was also charged on Oct. 23 criminal violation of a restraining order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 2.

Noah S. Cartwright, 23, of Haddam, was arrested Oct. 23 on three counts of violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 28.

Jose Quezada, 44, of Waterbury, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of fourth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation and interfering with officer/resisting. He was being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. He has pleaded not guilty with a court date of Jan. 17.

Manuel A. Rodriguez-Alvarado, 26, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 25 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 8.

Alejandra Vaquiro-Munera, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 25 on a charge of first-degree violating conditions of release. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 21.

Robert J. Barbera, 18, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 25 on three counts of risk of injury to child and one count each of second-degree reckless endangerment, evading responsibility – injury / property damage and operating motor vehicle without a license. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 19.

Jaquan J. Simmons, 27, of New Haven, was arrested Oct. 25 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 19.

Zachary M. Killen, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 26 on charges of third-degree strangulation / suffocation, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 21.

Brendan A. Jones, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 26 on charges of third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 15.

Jennifer Matthews, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 26 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 21.

Tayebur Rahman, 28, of North Haven, was arrested Oct. 26 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 22.

Kevin M. Hood, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 27 on two counts of risk of injury to child. He was released after posting a $30,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 23.

Callie M. Tart, 23, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 27 on two counts of violation of protective order, and one count each of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 29, 2024.
