Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Juan F. Alvarez, 34, of New Haven, was arrested Nov. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving wrong way – one way street, operating under suspension, operating unregistered motor vehicle, operating without a license, improper use – marker/license/registration, and defective windshield/wiper. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 11, according to state judicial records.

Vasileios Kiosses, 55, of Hamden, was arrested No. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating under suspension – alcohol, and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 16.

Nadine M. Standish, 41, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 17.

Christopher J. Savage, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 9 on a charge of violating standing criminal protective order. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Feb. 5. He was additionally charged on Nov. 16 with two counts of violation of protective order.

Robert J. Pala, 38, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 11 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. He was additionally charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 5.

Steven W. Hatch, 56, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 11 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 23.

Rafael Torres-Gonzalez, 44, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 11 on charges of drinking while driving and operating under suspension. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 7.

James Catalina, 56, of Bristol, was arrested Nov. 13 on charges of drinking while driving, following too closely, operating under suspension and operating without minimum insurance. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 7.

Johnniel A. Serrano-Oliveras, 19, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 11.

Rafael Ferruzola, 26, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of second-degree threatening. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 12.

Carl M. Kremzar, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 14 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 29.

Reynaer T. Bamberg, 32, of New Haven, was arrested Nov. 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 6.

Kiesha L. Rodriguez, 35, of New Haven, was arrested Nov. 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 6.

Christopher Mongillo, 43, of Cheshire, was arrested Nov. 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 13.

Cheryl Mongillo, 57, of West Haven, was arrested Nov. 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 13.

Mary A. Rosado, 37, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 16 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 22.

Richard M. Gade, 54, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 17 on five counts of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 12.

Qiu Y. Brown, 21, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 18 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 29.

Julian J. Mathis-Santos, 19, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 18 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 29.
