Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Robert A. Piscitelli, 42, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 2 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 7, according to state judicial records.
Robert Lin, 30, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 11.

Eliu J. Rivera, 28, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 6 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond. A re-arrest order was issued Jan. 8.
Devin J. Zalot, 29, of Terryville, was arrested Jan. 6 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of March 1.

Brice Mendez, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree unlawful restraint, negligent storage of firearm, and illegal possession of large capacity magazine. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of March 6.
Joseph M. Mello, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 27.
Sean M. Thomas, 24, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 8 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 7.
Gary Konopka, 53, of North Haven, was arrested Jan. 8 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He pleaded guilty with a court date of March 18, according to state judicial records.
Matthew S. Phillips, 46, of Willimantic, was arrested Jan. 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 20.
Margaret Grammatico, 59, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 10 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 1.
Joseph Grammatico, 59, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 10 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 26.
Eleanor Wu, 42, of North Haven, was arrested Jan. 11 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 13.
