Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Joshua D. Brockett, 26, of Derby, was arrested Jan. 12 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and operating motor vehicle while using handheld phone / electronic device. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 13, according to state judicial records.

Isaiah F. Dejesus, 21, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 13 on two counts of violation of a protective order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond. A re-arrest order was issued on Feb. 8.

Avery T. Deboise, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 14 on charges of risk of injury to child, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of March 28.

Gino A. Cozza, 52, of Northford, was arrested Jan. 18 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 10.

Juan A. Acevedo, 50, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 18 on charges of violation of protective order, third-degree assault, third-degree assault – victim elderly or other, and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 28.

Heriberto Luna, 26, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 19 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 14.

Leah M. Prescott, 26, was arrested Jan. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, and traffic control signals. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 13.

Jeremy C. Broad, 43, of South Windsor, was arrested Jan. 21 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 13.

Jade Middleton, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 23 on charges of third-assault and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 21.
