Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Edgar Rivera, 48, of Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 27 on a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon. He was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court date of April 5, according to state judicial records.

Alexandra Michaud, 51, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 27 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. She was released after posting a $1,200 bond with a court date of April 24.

Ann T. Bigras, 36, of Southington, was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and traffic control signals. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 15.

Matthew Lipowski, 36, of North Haven, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 23.

Mark A. McKenna, 68, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of operating under the influence (third), operating motor vehicle under suspension – alcohol, failure to drive in proper lane, and operating without insurance. He was being held in lieu of a $500 bond with a court date of April 1.

Keilyne M. Villanueva, 24, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 28 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 28.

Ileana Arroyo, 60, of Stratford, was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 27.

Eleanor Wu, 42, of North Haven, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, and improper use – marker/license/registration. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 19.

Glenn B. Johnson, 63, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 31 on charges of operating under the influence (second offense), failure to drive in proper lane, and distracted driving. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 16.

Jose L. Guiterrez, 28, of Middletown, was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of violation of protective order and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 19.

Ja lexia West, 20, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 2 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and conspiracy to commit third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 23.

Robert A. Piscitelli, 42, of Hamden, was arrested Feb. 2 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of April 18.

Dion J. Covington, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 2 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 1.

Tara L. Vitaletti, 45, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 2 on a charge of second-degree reporting false incident. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 9.

Charles P. Crilly, 27, was arrested Feb. 2 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 2.
