Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Mark A. McKenna, 68, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 3 on charges of operating under the influence (3rd), operating motor vehicle under suspension – alcohol (3rd), illegal operation of motor vehicle without ignition device, and operating without insurance. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 22, according to state judicial records.

Jade Middleton, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace, violation of protective order, third-degree assault, and second-degree unlawful restraint. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 20, 2025.

Patricia Perez, 19, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and conspiracy to commit third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 9.

Thalia Ortiz, 19, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and conspiracy to commit third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 9.

Anthony M. Proto, 20, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 4.

McKinley C. Myers, 60, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 7 on charges of public indecency and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was being held in lieu of a $50 bond with a court date of April 19.

Jessica Hallock, 46, of Torrington, was arrested Feb. 7 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, second-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit second-degree identity theft, third-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit third-degree forgery, issuing a bad check $500 or less, and conspiracy to commit issuing a bad check $500 or less. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 30.

Eugene J. Rivers, 28, of Manchester, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 29.

Samuel A. Resto, 36, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of March 28.

Amanda M. Galko, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 10 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 11.

Luis A. Llivicuro, 23, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of violation of protective order – threatening/harassment/assault, disorderly conduct, and interfering with an emergency call. He was released after posting a $20,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 28.

Lee A. Borrelli, 51, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 12 on two counts of possession of controlled substance – first offense, and one count each of use of drug paraphernalia and operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 24.

Joseph M. Mello, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 13 on charges of violation of protective order and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 17.
