Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Michael Parlato, 48, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 16 on charges of operating motor vehicle under suspension – alcohol, operating motor vehicle while holding cell phone, violation of probation, and first-degree failure to appear. He was being held in lieu of a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 24, according to state judicial records.

Byron D. Dingle, 37, of Corona, New York, was arrested Feb. 16 on a charge of third-degree criminal trespass. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 29.

Stanley R. Drake, 49, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 16 on three counts of second-degree breach of peace, and one count each of third-degree assault and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 18.

Adrian J. Ocasio-Oliveras, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, carrying pistol without a permit, illegal possession of firearm no serial number, illegal sale / purchase large capacity magazine, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, and improper use – marker / license / registration. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 10.

Mark Routhier, 41, of Seymour, was arrested Feb. 18 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of May 9.

Lorenzo Perez-Perez, 46, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 18 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of April 15.

Frank N. Perrotti, 53, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 20 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree strangulation / suffocation. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 18.

Mustafa A. Muhammad, 54, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 20 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 15.

Brendan W. Pogonelski, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 22 on two counts of second-degree breach of peace, and one count each of first-degree harassment, second-degree harassment, and second-degree threatening – violence to terrorize. He was being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond with a court date of April 19.

James W. Handy, 29, of Norwich, was arrested Feb. 22 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of May 15.

Raymond J. Trombetta, 32, of Guilford, was arrested Feb. 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and illegal operating CMV – left lane restriction. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of April 17.
