Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Joseph M. Mello, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 23 on two counts of violation of protective order and one count of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 3, according to state judicial records.
Tyler P. Depino, 22, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 23 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 14.

Mariann L. Vallillo, 58, of Prospect, was arrested Feb. 23 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive upon right, and evading responsibility – injury/property damage. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 19.
Mark P. Ruotolo, 54, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 25 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 25.

Neil B. Jones, 36, of Durham, was arrested Feb. 25 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 30.
Robert V. Vanmarter, 82, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of second-degree threatening – physical threat and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 25.
Jose L. Gutierrez, 29, of Middletown, was arrested Feb. 27 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 19.
Samuel Kranc, 64, of Colchester, was arrested Feb. 29 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and possession of controlled substance – first offense. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 25.
Luke Whitemore, 37, of Branford, was arrested March 1 on a charge of criminal violation of restraining order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond. A re-arrest order was issued March 20.
Claudette Whaples, 56, of Middletown, was arrested March 1 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and failure to obey stop sign. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 23.
Daryl A. Kelman, 54, of Wallingford, was arrested March 4 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 21.
Shakiel X. Harrell, 30, of West Haven, was arrested March 4 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 18.
