Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Christopher S. Poach, 41, of Meriden, was arrested March 5 on two counts of risk of injury to child, and one count each of violation of protective order and interfering with officer / resisting. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of May 17, according to state judicial records.

Christopher Acosta, 26, of New Haven, was arrested March 6 on charges of attempt to assault public safety officer / EMT / TRANST / HLTH, interfering with officer / resisting, reckless driving, operating under suspension, improper turns, and failure to comply with state traffic commission regs. He was released after posting a $30,000 bond with a court date of May 14.

Edgar Rivera, 48, of Waterbury, was arrested March 6 on charges of fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 3.

Rebbecca A. Reynaga, 43, of East Hartford, was arrested March 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs (second offense) and failure to drive in proper lane. She was being held in lieu of a $100 bond with a court date of May 24.

Adam S. Podgorski, 46, of Meriden, was arrested March 7 on two counts of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $20,000 bond with a court date of June 24.

Aridson J. Silva-Neves, 36, of Waterbury, was arrested March 7 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of May 23.

Joshua P. Hawkins, 45, of North Haven, was arrested March 7 on a charge of criminal violation of restraining order. He was released after posting a $3,000 bond with a court date of May 2.

Philip A. Vanderharten, 33, of East Haven, was arrested March 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs (third offense), failure to drive right – slow speed, improper turn / stop – no signal, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 3.

Sandy Bellino, 39, of West Haven, was arrested March 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, reckless driving, failure to drive in proper lane, and failure to drive upon right. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of June 4.

Rhamel M. Cabral, 20, of Meriden, was arrested March 9 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond. A re-arrest order was issued April 23.

Shauna Z. Martin, 31, of Waterbury, was arrested March 9 on charges of fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of May 21.

Nayeli M. Valentin, 21, of New Britain, was arrested March 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 21.

Mariangely Flores, 21, of New Britain, was arrested March 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 21.

Jenna Radich, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested March 11 on two counts each of risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct, and one count of second-degree reckless endangerment. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 9.
