Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Tyler J. Dowd, 32, of Meriden, was arrested April 5 on two counts of first-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $3,000 bond with a court date of May 30, according to state judicial records.
Juan A. Vega, 54, of Meriden, was arrested April 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/ drugs, possession of controlled substance – first offense, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 27.

Paul T. Halford, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested April 5 on charges of risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct, and interfering with an emergency call. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 6.
Pamela Fudala, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested April 6 on two counts of first-degree possession of controlled substance – first offense, and one count of possession of narcotic substance with intent to sell. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 6.

Edward J. Reardon, 55, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested April 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of June 7.
Maria J. Lalangui-Torres, 27, of Wallingford, was arrested April 7 on charges of risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 5.
Kayla E. Soto, 22, of Wallingford, was arrested April 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of May 29.
Jennifer L. Grady, 46, of Cheshire, was arrested April 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of June 4.
Tomika L. Cousins, 47, of Hamden, was arrested April 9 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 31.
Carlos Lopez-Aguilar, 38, of New Haven, was arrested April 10 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 28.
Melinda A. Faust, 43, of Southington, was arrested April 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 27.
Jeffrey W. Casey, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested April 12 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 11.
Brandon T. Mocco, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested April 13 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 20.
Kimberly R. Kniffin, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested April 15 on charges of third-degree assault – victim elderly or other, and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond. A re-arrest order was issued April 16, according to state judicial records.
Audrey R. Bryan, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested April 16 on four counts of disorderly conduct and three counts of risk of injury to child. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 11.
Thomas R. Girouard, 64, of Meriden, was arrested April 16 on charges of second-degree reckless endangerment and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 21.
