Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Anthony P. Toth, 53, of Wallingford, was arrested April 18 on charges of second-degree criminal damage property and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 25, according to state judicial records.
Marc A. Wheaton, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested April 19 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of June 18.

Darin V. Lytle, 57, of Wallingford, was arrested April 19 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 20.
Jacob Pappas, 37, of Meriden, was arrested April 20 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. He was additionally charged with fifth-degree larceny, and sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 6.

Caley A. Hass, 33, of Meriden, was arrested April 20 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and second-degree breach of peace. She was additionally charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 17.
Matthew S. McMahon, 52, of Wallingford, was arrested April 21 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to renew registration. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of June 5.
Alex Sierra, 31, of New Britain, was arrested April 22 on charges of third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, second-degree criminal mischief, and conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief. He was additionally charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, first-degree criminal mischief, and conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting bonds totaling $150,000 with a court date of Aug. 2.
Nicole M. Barringer, 38, of Branford, was arrested April 23 on two counts of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 16.
John Doheny, 36, of East Haven, was arrested April 23 on a charge of conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of July 18.
Matthew Valdes, 44, of New York, New York, was arrested April 24 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 9.
Michael E. Panciera, 21, of Meriden, was arrested April 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and speeding. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 18.
Andrew J. Magyar, 57, of East Hampton, was arrested April 26 on two counts of second-degree harassment. He was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of June 27.
Sheila Oquendo, 47, of Meriden, was arrested April 28 on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and creating a public disturbance. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 10.
