WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Justin Butler, 31, of New Haven, was arrested May 9 on charges of criminal possession of firearm / ammunition / defense weapon and criminal impersonation. He was additionally charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of July 24, according to state judicial records.

Keith A. Boucher, 43, of Jacksonville, Florida, was arrested May 9 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 31.

Donald N. Lubanda, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested May 10 on charges of illegal discharge of firearm, criminal attempt at first-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment. He was released after posting a $150,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 7.

Barna Z. Lengyel, 53, of Wallingford, was arrested May 10 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 12.

Conor K. Walsh, 43, of Meriden, was arrested May 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, operating under suspension, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 25.

Charles Stolnick, 61, of Wallingford, was arrested May 11 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of July 26.

Dean H. Tuscano, 56, of Wallingford, was arrested May 11 on charges of third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 9.

Scott J. Courtemanche, 55, of Wallingford, was arrested May 12 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, interfering with officer / resisting, and assault on a public safety officer. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 24.

Harold Mendez, 58, of Wallingford, was arrested May 12 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, interfering with officer / resisting, and traffic control signals. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 2.

Barbara A. Dietz, 56, of Wallingford, was arrested May 12 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 11.

Justin N. Botting, 27, of Middletown, was arrested May 12 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, evading responsibility – injury / property damage, and traveling unreasonably fast. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of July 16.

Audrey R. Bryan, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested May 14 on two counts of violation of protective order. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 11.

Mario Matailo, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested May 16 on charges of risk of injury to child and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of July 12.
