WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Renee L. Deleon, 53, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 8 on charges of risk of injury to child and second-degree sexual assault. She was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 11, according to state judicial records.

Eboni C. Wilkinson, 38, of Hartford, was arrested Aug. 8 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $500 bond with a court date of Sept. 20.

David M. Kelly, 40, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was arrested Aug. 9 on a charge of interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 17.

Jeffrey P. Prusinski, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 9 on charges of illegal discharge of firearm and first-degree reckless endangerment. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 26.

Jesse L. Benefield, 52, of Waterbury, was arrested Aug. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, operating motor vehicle under suspension, and disobeying signal of officer. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 2.

Michelle M. Russo, 53, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 10 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 17.

James J. Hackley, 54, of Clinton, was arrested Aug. 12 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and false statement. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 7.

Adalberto Vazquez, 44, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 15 on a charge of third-degree arson. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 24.

Alexander M. Diglio, 35, was arrested Aug. 16 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 10.

Luis Morales, 45, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 16 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 26.

Christopher J. Oldakowski, 50, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 16 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 19.

Stephen E. Morin, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 16 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and illegal operation of motor vehicle without ignition device. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 11.

Dion J. Covington, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 17 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 30.

Keith W. Chapman, 65, of Shelton, was arrested Aug. 17 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 17.

Kiyesha C. Smith, 26, of New Haven, was arrested Aug. 17 on two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 30.

Baggio Q. Asiedu, 30, of Manchester, was arrested Aug. 18 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 17.

Joseph M. Mello, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 19 on four counts of violation of protective order and one count of second-degree threatening. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 18.
