Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Luis A. Quiles, 31, of Middletown, was arrested Aug. 20 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 27, according to state judicial records.

Joseph M. Martinez, 32, of Watertown, was arrested Aug. 20 on two counts of violation of protective order and one count each of second-degree breach of peace and possession of controlled substance – first offense. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond. A re-arrest order was issued on Aug. 21.
Allyson E. Budnick, 56, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 20 on charges of second-degree threatening – physical threat and disorderly conduct. She was also charged on Aug. 21 with second-degree violating conditions of release. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 1.

Michael Fairbanks, 33, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 21 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation. He was released on a promise to appear in court, and a re-arrest order was issued on Sept. 5.
Tiffany E. Pedraza, 34, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 21 on a charge of first-degree larceny of motor vehicle – first offense. She was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 27. She was additionally charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Gina M. Mariano, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 21 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault – victim elderly or other, and two counts of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 4.
Kaylie M. Chudyi, 36, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 22 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 15.
David Jacobs, 39, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of second-degree threatening – physical threat, second-degree breach of peace, and two counts of risk of injury to child. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 7.
Jose R. Dejesus, 40, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 24 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 24.
Michael G. Uihlein, 39, of Hamden, was arrested Aug. 26 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 9.
Steven C. Lucisano, 27, of Naugatuck, was arrested Aug. 26 on three counts of first-degree threatening – armed/displayed firearm, three counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, and one count each of illegal discharge of firearm, carrying pistol without a permit, criminal possession of pistol / revolver, criminal possession of firearm/ ammunition/ defense weapon, third-degree assault, and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $350,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 30. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to state judicial records.

Mohana R. Oshea, 58, of Cheshire, was arrested Aug. 27 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 8.
