Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Robin Viruet, 47, of New Haven, was arrested Aug. 29 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, interfering with officer / resisting and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was additionally charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 24, according to state judicial records.
Henry P. Capozzi, 44, of Waterbury, was arrested Aug. 29 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 25.

Kevin J. Chandler, 38, of North Haven, was arrested Aug. 29 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 24.
Tracey A. Rucker, 57, of Waterbury, was arrested Aug. 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 24.

Christopher J. Oldakowski, 50, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 30 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 31.
Dennis J. Joubert, 63, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, drinking while driving, and traffic control signals. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 30.
Stephanie N. Campos, 31, of Woodbridge, was arrested Aug. 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to display lights. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 30.
Aaron M. Gamble, 21, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and evading responsibility – injury / property damage. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 17.
Gabriel Rivadeneira, 33, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 31 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 7.
Michael Ohara, 67, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 31 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and unsafe backing. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 16.
Michael R. Liseo, 27, of Middlefield, was arrested Aug. 31 on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree strangulation / suffocation, and second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 31.
Anna J. Smart, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 31 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, and traffic control signals. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 21.
Christopher J. Hayden, 33, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $150,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 31.
Jeffrey J. Monges, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, interfering with officer / resisting, failure to drive in proper lane, and operating vehicle without insurance. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 5.
Rebecca L. Souza, 27, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 2 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 4.
Timothy J. Dunn, 64, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 3 on a charge of first-degree threatening – armed / display firearm. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 5.
