Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Edna H. Howard, 40, of New Haven, was arrested Sept. 4 on a charge of first-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 29, according to state judicial records.

Michael Fairbanks, 33, of Thomaston, was arrested Sept. 4 on three counts of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 6.

Deanna P. Britton, 31, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 4 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and operating motor vehicle under suspension – alcohol. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 16.

Jose R. Ortiz, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 6 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 30.

Joseph Goncalves, 63, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 7 on charges of operating under the influence (3rd/subs) and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Oct. 28.

Devanae A. Holness, 22, of New Haven, was arrested Sept. 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 21.

Danielle E. Dipalma, 26, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and following too closely with accident. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Oct. 24.

Aleathia F. Cole, 52, of Colchester, was arrested Sept. 10 on a charge of larceny of motor vehicle – first offense. She was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 29.

Robert Brown, 41, of North Haven, was arrested Sept. 10 on charges of second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 29.

Ralph Notaro, 62, of North Haven, was arrested Sept. 10 on a charge of cruelty to animals. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 7.

Zachary O. Wynter, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation / suffocation. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 6.

Skyler D. Smith, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of violation of protective order, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation / suffocation, second-degree unlawful restraint, and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 6. He was additionally charged with interfering with officer / resisting. He was being held in lieu of a $100 bond with a court date of Nov. 6 on that charge.

Jose M. Santini, 45, of New Haven, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of interfering with officer / resisting, possession of controlled substance, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 26. He was additionally charged with violation of probation, first-degree failure to appear, and three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Charles F. Bowlby, 51, of Derby, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of interfering with officer / resisting and use of drug paraphernalia. He was additionally charged with violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of bonds totaling $22,500 with court dates of Nov. 4 and Nov. 8.

Alfredo Dejesus, 45, of New Haven, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of interfering with officer / resisting and use of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 8.

Jaime Torres, 34, of Ansonia, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 24.
