Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Devante Dixon, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 12 on three counts of risk of injury to child and one count of second-degree breach of peace. He was also charged in a separate incident with risk of injury to child, third-degree assault – victim elderly or other, second-degree unlawful restraint, fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was additionally charged with two counts of violation of probation and one count of second-degree failure to appear. He was being held in lieu of bonds totaling $175,000 with a court date of Nov. 4, according to state judicial records.

Maria E. Rodriguez-Delgado, 45, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 12 on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, interfering with an emergency call, reckless driving, failure to drive upon right, evading responsibility – physical injury, and four counts of violation of protective order. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 8.

Avery T. Deboise, 30, of West Haven, was arrested Sept. 12 on charges of second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault – victim elderly or otherwise, second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, sale of narcotic substance, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and five counts of violation of protective order. He was being held in lieu of a $75,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 21.

Earle A. Allen, 78, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 13 on a charge of third-degree assault – victim elderly or other. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 1.

William J. Freiheit, 40, of Marlborough, was arrested Sept. 13 on charges of first-degree larceny and failure to pay refund > $10,000. He was released after posting a $100,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 8.

Karl R. Johansen, 29, of Watertown, was arrested Sept. 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and evading responsibility – injury/property damage. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 12.

Arthur J. Davis, 32, of East Hampton, was arrested Sept. 14 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance – first offense. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 24.

Robert E. Corbett, 66, of Ledyard, was arrested Sept. 15 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, drinking while driving and operating motor vehicle without a license. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 1.

William E. Morgan, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, reckless driving, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to obey stop sign, and two counts of unsafe passing – left side. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 5.
