Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Miguel A. Acevedo, 22, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of a $500 bond with a court date of Nov. 13, according to state judicial records.
Timothy Cain, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 19 on two counts of first-degree criminal trespass, two counts of second-degree breach of peace, two counts of violation of protective order, and one count of sixth-degree larceny. In another case, he was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer / resisting, and two counts of violation of protective order. He was also charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, violation of protective order, and violating standing protective order. He was additionally charged with three counts of violation of protective order in other cases. He was released after posting bonds totaling $60,000 with a court date of Oct. 25.

William Burgess, 61, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 19 on a charge of third-degree hindering prosecution. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 19.
Felipe Garzon, 45, of New Haven, was arrested Sept. 20 on charges of operating under the influence (second offense), operating under suspension – alcohol, and operating without a license. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 18.

Joshua Janota, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 21 on charges of second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation / suffocation, third-degree assault, and second-degree breach of peace. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 13.
Henry W. Pond, 43, of Branford, was arrested Sept. 21 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 8.
Jan Manuel Ortiz-Feliz, 31, of Bristol, was arrested Sept. 22 on a charge of risk of injury to child. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 5.
Carely Rojas-Fuentes, 30, of North Haven, was arrested Sept. 22 on a charge of risk of injury to child. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 5.
Isaac S. Bobb, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 23 on 25 counts of violating standing criminal protective order. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 6.
Adam D. Troski, 24, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 23 on a charge of second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 21.
Tiffany Franklin, 53, of New Haven, was arrested Sept. 23 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 19.
Tyler T. Artkop, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 19.
Katherine M. Mezzi, 46, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 24 on two counts of issuing a bad check $500 or less. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 22. She was additionally charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 22.
Andrew Grzybowski, 55, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 19.
Joseph W. Alley, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 21.
John J. Morgillo, 61, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 21.
Lee C. Ferri, 53, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 25 on two counts of second-degree breach of peace and one count of reckless driving. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 7.
Brian H. Walker, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 25 on charges of interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 21.
