Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

James F. Gill, 51, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 5, according to state judicial records.

Marquel C. Middleton, 31, of West Haven, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 19.

Tafari Howell, 39, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 7.

Erica L. Waller, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of third-degree promoting prostitution. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Denton Heedram, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 2 on charges of second-degree threatening – physical threat and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 27.

Isaac S. Bobb, 37, of New Haven, was arrested Oct. 3 on nine counts of violation of a protective order and one count of first-degree stalking. He was released after posting a $100,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 27.

Bretton M. Woods, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 4 on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree sexual assault, disorderly conduct, and two counts of risk of injury to child. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 26.

Eddie A. Urena, 32, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 4 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 12.

Douglas R. Papallo, 52, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 5 on charges of violation of protective order and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 12.

Sandra Y. Unkuch-Martinez, 28, of West Haven, was arrested Oct. 6 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date Dec. 13.

Alan Munoz-Velez, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 6 on charges of violation of protective order and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 15.

Brian Baldwin, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 8 on charges of violation of protective order and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 17.

Caley A. Hass, 33, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 8 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was additionally charged with six counts of second-degree failure to appear. She has pleaded not guilty to the charges. She was being held in lieu of bonds totaling $60,500 with a pre-trial date of Dec. 13.

Edwin O. Gonzalez-Jimenez, 33, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 8 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, interfering with officer / resisting, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, use of drug paraphernalia, operating motor vehicle under suspension, operating unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 6.

Jose E. Marrero-Resto, 38, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 8 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 25.
