Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Danielle M. Bisson, 40, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 9 on charges of criminal possession of firearm / ammunition / defense weapon, interfering with officer / resisting, criminal impersonation, sixth-degree larceny, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and use of drug paraphernalia. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 15, according to state judicial records.
Louis Masselli, 49, of New Haven, was arrested Oct. 9 on two counts of fourth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 27.

John R. Savinelli, 62, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol and operating under suspension. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Dec. 17.
Adam J. Giess, 31, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and improper tires or wheels. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 17.

Rodys G. Matos, 28, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 2.
Roger G. Munck, 58, of Branford, was arrested Oct. 11 on charges of illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 4.
Kashida S. Burton, 37, of New Haven, was arrested Oct. 11 on charges of criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny and interfering with officer / resisting. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 4.
Frank M. Delucia, 47, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 5.
Christopher J. Adams, 39, of Hartford, was arrested Oct. 11 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 15.
Candice Kelly, 43, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 12 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 3.
Angellica R. Fitzpatrick, 34, of Waterbury, was arrested Oct. 12 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 21.
Antwan M. Teague, 35, of New Haven, was arrested Oct. 13 on charges of larceny of motor vehicle – first offense, operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, and operating vehicle without a license. He was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 2.
Anthony P. Toth, 53, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 14 on charges of public indecency and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 21.
