Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Cesar Aztatzi-Zepeda, 24, of New Haven, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and operating vehicle under suspension. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Jan. 15, according to state judicial records.

Jessica L. Carneiro, 34, of Waterbury, was arrested Nov. 18 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 16.

Jose L. Rivera, 36, of Waterbury, was arrested Nov. 18 on charges of fourth-degree larceny, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of a $15,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 17.

Jose A. Ponce-Palomares, 61, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 18 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 24.

Daniel Rivera, 45, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 18 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 8.

Kirti Lad, 38, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 19 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 17.

Faress B. Hashem, 31, of Newington, was arrested Nov. 19 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 24.

Don F. Michaud, 47, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 20 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault – victim elderly or other. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 22.

Angel U. Ayala, 19, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 20 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 9.

Julie Cossette, 35, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 20 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 28.

Daniel Rosado, 45, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 21 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with officer / resisting, and engaging police in pursuit. He was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 15. He was additionally charged with three counts of violation of probation.
