Wallingford Police Blotter: May 18 Through May 27, 2023
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Giovanni Rapuano, 33, of Hamden, was arrested May 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, reckless driving, and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of July 21, according to state judicial records.
Sincere N. Sullivan, 20, of Meriden, was arrested May 18 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting, failure to wear safety belt, and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 30.

Henry P. Capozzi, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested May 18 on charges of failure to store firearm RE: minor access and risk of injury to child. He was also charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 20.
Yvonne O. Sabalier, 44, of Wallingford, was arrested May 18 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 22.

Erica Otero, 32, of Belchertown, Massachusetts, was arrested May 19 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 27.
Christina M. Nieves, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested May 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to display lights, and improper stop/turn signal lamp. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 27.
Gretchen Marino, 57, of North Haven, was arrested May 21 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 30.
Brian L. Walker, 19, of East Hartford, was arrested May 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to display lights. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of July 3.
Carlos Martinez, 44, of Meriden, was arrested May 22 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 28.
Mario A. Parrotta, 23, of Meriden, was arrested May 23 on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 13.
Angela M. Dest, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested May 24 on charges of second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 27.
Rene Salinas, 52, of Wallingford, was arrested May 25 on charges of second-degree forgery, interfering with officer/resisting, operating motor vehicle on suspension – alcohol, operating unregistered motor vehicle, and operating without a license. He was released after posting a $100 bond with a court date of June 28.
James R. McCann, 42, of Meriden, was arrested May 27 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 10.
