OFFLINE By Aerie Store Opening At Westfarms This Spring

WEST HARTFORD, CT — OFFLINE by Aerie, an Aerie sub-brand that sells activewear and accessories, is coming to Westfarms this spring.

The 3,478-square-foot store will be located on the mall's lower level, adjacent to its Center Court. It will have "elements of movement and fun to enjoy while you shop," such as a ping-pong table, a ballet bar and a disco ball, officials said.

An exact opening date was not announced.

OFFLINE launched in July 2020 as an "evolution and expansion" of Aerie's leggings collection, officials said. It offers soft and comfy leggings, bike shorts, tops, sports bras, fleece, bottoms, and accessories, officials said in a news release.

"We remain dedicated to enhancing our shopping experience with new to the area brands that will complement our existing line up at Westfarms," said Alberto Arebalo, Westfarms' general manager. "We are looking forward to seeing OFFL/NE by Aerie open its doors this spring with its new and exciting shopping concept."

Aerie also announced its existing Westfarms store is "expanding its footprint" and moving to the mall's lower level. A temporary location will open in the mall's Nordstrom wing while the new store is under construction.
