Shots Fired In West Hartford; 1 Injured: Police
Officers said there is no active threat to the public following several reports of shots fired on a West Hartford street.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — One person has been treated for a non-life threatening injury after several people reported shots fired in West Hartford on Monday night.
At around 10:30 p.m. Monday, officers responded to "numerous calls of apparent shots fired" in the Warren Terrace area. They found and treated one victim, whose injuries they described as "minor non-life threatening."
Police didn't specify the cause of the injuries and said the victim's identity will not be released at this time.

All of Warren Terrace, as well as West Beacon Street between Prospect Avenue and Tobey Street, was closed to cars and pedestrians Monday night so police could investigate the shots.
"At this time there does not appear to be any active threat to the public and this continues to be an active investigation," police said in a news release.
