Real Estate Website Loves Wethersfield
The national real estate website Zillow.com Tuesday released its top 10 list of most-searched communities in the country.
WETHERSFIELD, CT — Those looking for homes via Zillow.com searched enough times for Wethersfield homes in 2023 for the town to make the real estate website's top 10 list for the year.
According to Zillow, Wethersfield was the fourth most searched town in the country, beating out West Hartford (fifth) and Newington (ninth) on the national list.
West Chester, Pa., was the top most-searched destination on Zillow.com.

Generally, searchers were looking at so-called "small cities" with populations less than 100,000 as a place to move, according to the website.
"Zillow analyzed housing metrics that indicate consumer demand, including page-view traffic, home value growth and days on market, for more than 2,000 U.S. cities to rank the most popular markets among Zillow surfers," wrote Zillow on its website Tuesday.
