WETHERSFIELD, CT - A Wethersfield resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 27, Giovanni Serrao, of Wethersfield, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Citgo in Wethersfield and won $10,000.
