New Canaan Road/Aquarion project update – September 27, 2024

Aquarion will soon be completing construction work for the year. To ensure a maintainable travel way during the fall and winter seasons, Aquarion will be installing a temporary hot mix asphalt cap on the existing roadway. Milling and paving work will begin on the evening of October 10 and is expected to be completed by October 15. This project will generate moderate noise as it progresses through the neighborhood during the working hours of 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. This work stretches between Old Boston Road and the New Canaan/Wilton town line (see map on back). The attached announcement from Aquarion has maps of the effected location and a link where updated information will be posted.
