Cars Burglarized in Wilton Driveway During Overnight Hours

A 2005 Ford Escape and a 2003 Ford Chevy Silverado pick-up that were parked in the driveway of a residence on Henry Austin Drive were burglarized in the overnight hours on Oct. 29, according to Wilton Police.

the vehicles, which were unlocked and no other vehicles were reported to have been entered in the area, according to Wilton Police who listed the property lost as $700 in cash, three credit cards and a GPS valued at $100.

The cash and credit cards were inside a purse that was taken from one of the cars. The purse and a wallet inside it were later located by a woman walker her dog.
