Police: Grad Told to Leave WHS Throws Food at Security Guard

A 19-year-old Wilton man was charged with loitering on school grounds and breach of peace after he refused to leave Wilton High School’s cafeteria last week and threw food at a security officer when asked to do so.

According to police, Steven Reifers, of Ivy Lane, was eating breakfast with his girlfriend at 8 a.m. on March 8 when he was told he had to leave school grounds.

Reifers is a former student.

He was released on a promise to appear in court March 18.
