The following are property transfers for the week of July 22- 28, 2011 and were obtained from Wilton Town Hall
68 Keeler’s Ridge Road: Susanne and William Webster sold property to Andrew and Elizabeth Smolenack for $1,485,00. The deed was recorded on July 22 .
89 Kellogg Drive: Dennis and Rhonda Smith Diczok sold property to Carla Mortelliti and Jose Torres for $889,000. The deed was recorded on July 26.
107 Indian Hill Road: Daniel and Ingrid Murdock sold property to Douglas Krupa for $612,000. The deed was recorded on July 27.
