Kim Healy Will Not Seek Second Term As Wilton Selectman, Eyes Finance Board Role
Wilton Selectman Kim Healy will not seek reelection, plans to pursue nomination to the Board of Finance.

WILTON, CT — First-term Selectman Kim Healy announced she will not seek reelection to the Wilton Board of Selectmen and instead plans to pursue a position on the town’s Board of Finance.
Healy, elected in 2021, said her decision was guided by where she believes she can be most effective. She cited her professional background as a strong fit for the finance role and said she remains committed to public service.
“It has been a privilege to serve on the Board of Selectmen,” Healy said in a statement. “It has taught me much about the importance of a strong, principled local government.”

During her term, Healy pointed to her involvement in shaping the fiscal year 2026 budget, overseeing the remainder of the Police Department headquarters construction project, and advocating for improvements in the tax department and responses to findings in the fiscal year 2024 audit.
Healy expressed gratitude to Wilton residents for their support, as well as to fellow public officials and town employees. “I look forward to more great things for Wilton,” she said.
