On March 1, Walter B. and Julie Ann Cromwell sold the property at 115 Middlebrook Farm Road to Patricia and Scott Vollmer for $2,577,500.
On March 1, Caroline Bienstock sold the property at 176 Range Road to Deborah Carrara for $1,055,000.
