Five properties were sold in town between Feb. 15 and Feb. 20.

On Feb. 15, Suzane Rixon and David Helman sold the property at 66 Oak Ledge Lane to Avi Rothkopf for $570,000.
On Feb. 15, Daniel and Heidi Murphy sold the property at 57 Canterbury Lane to Michele and Scott Bender for $785,000.

On Feb. 19, Carol Hastings sold the property at 88 Nod Hill Road to Daniel and Heidi Murphy for $892,500.
On Feb. 20, Frances Dunn sold the property at 1 Chipmunk Lane to John and Christine Macken for $514,500.
