Four properties were sold in town last week.

On Oct. 19, trustees for George Devol III sold the property at 990 Ridgefield Road to Brendan Leahy for $280,000.
On Oct. 22, Lisa McSpirit sold the property at 22 Indian Hill Road to Stephen Earner for $555,000.

On Oct. 23, Polito Enterprises LLC sold the property at 31 Springbrook Lane to Paula and Clarence Nunn for $2,375,000.
On Oct. 23, Gail and James Bollinger sold the property at 19 Briardale Place to Gregory and Heather Hall for $979,000.
