Suspicious Persons in the Woods Turn out to Be Underage Drinkers

On Nov. 6, Wilton Police investigated a suspicious person in the woods of 8 Ground Pine Rd and located two parties, Samuel Haynes, 18, of 34 Cobblestone Rd in Wilton and Wyatt Cobb, 18, of 121 DeForest Rd in Wilton who were consuming and in the possession of alcohol.

Each party was issued infractions for possession of alcohol by a minor, a $136 fine and Simple Trespass, a $92 fine, according to Lt. Wakeman of Wilton Police.
