West Nile Virus Found in Local Towns, Tragedy on Route 7

Tragic Car Crash on Route 7: A 71-year-old woman from Texas after the car she was travelling in pulled out in front of a dump truck. The woman’s husband was in the car, along with a six-year-old in a booster seat; the man driving the vehicle was a 91-year-old family member and Wilton resident. The car’s driver and three passengers were all transported to Norwalk Hospital, where the woman was pronounced dead.

Antique Thief: Stamford police and selling the stolen goods over Ebay and at flea markets. $5,000 worth of the stolen goods came from a local antique store in Stamford.

Homicide in Norwalk: Police ruled that the to be homicide victims. Both victims died of gunshot wounds, with one of the victims having been shot in the head. Their bodies were found in one of the victim’s car on Avenue B in Norwalk.
