Wilton Introduces Web-Based Reporting System
Tired of driving over that pot hole near your driveway? You can now report it online.

WILTON, CT — The days of having to call town hall or go to Facebook to report a pothole, down trees, or other non-emergency issues are over. The town announced Monday it is enacting a new web-based non-emergency reporting system.
SeeClickFix, a web-based and mobile app tool, allows residents to report issues with photos, videos, descriptions and more. The system provides central location for officials to manage issues.
“We are very excited to launch SeeClickFix in Wilton," First Selectman Lynne Vanderslice said in a statement. "It will provide our residents with an on-line and mobile platform to identify and directly report non-emergency issues to the appropriate town department in a more efficient manner for them and the town. Our residents have asked for more on-line government services and SeeClickFix will facilitate communication with residents and respond to their needs more efficiently. We also hope SeeClickFix will empower our residents to collaborate in the care of our town.”

Users can also vote on reports from neighbors, and comment on other problems reported by neighbors. "Watch areas" can also be created, which will send notifications about issues reported in a neighborhood and allow users to track progress.
You can download the app for Android, iPhone and Blackberry. It was founded in 2008.
