On Dec. 18 Steve Campbell, 34, of 2 Lennon Ln in Wilton was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree.
According to Wilton Police, a complaint of criminal mischief at #1 Lennon Ln resulted in an investigation. It was determined that Steve Campbell, of #2 Lennon Ln, had intentionally removed a fence post located on the property of #1 Lennon Lane. Campbell was issued a misdemeanor summons to appear at Norwalk Superior Court for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree. He was released at the scene on a promise to appear.
