On Dec. 22, Joseph Scott Conway, 19, of Ridgefield Rd in Wilton was stopped by Wilton Police for traveling through a red traffic signal. According to police, during the course of the traffic stop K-9 Enzo performed an exterior sniff of the vehicle and alerted to the presence of drugs within. Marijuana and paraphernalia was located under the driver's floor mat inside the vehicle. Conway was issued an infraction ticket.
