A town woman was charged with evading responsibility last Wednesday after allegedly striking a parked vehicle with her car and leaving the scene of the accident, according to police.
On June 5 a witness called the owner of a 1999 Toyota Camry parked at the YMCA, 404 Danbury Rd., to report seeing it being struck by a 2001 Lexus RX 300, after which the driver of the Lexus allegedly drove away.
The owner of the Camry then called police, resulting in the arrest of Margaret C. Robustelli, 35, of 9 Fairfax Ave.
