"This role, to me, is not just about leading a district - it’s about protecting the promise that every child can achieve greatness when adults lead with purpose and unity," Abdel-Hady said in the statement. "I believe in Windsor. I believe in our students, our teachers, and our community. Together, we will build a school system that sets the standard, not just nationally but internationally - where hard work is honored, innovation is embraced, and every student is prepared to thrive in life, not just school."
