Find Frosty In Downtown Windsor This Winter

WINDSOR, CT — Downtown Windsor is hosting Finding Frosty, a festive winter scavenger hunt that invites residents to explore local businesses while enjoying a seasonal activity, according to town officials.

The event runs from December 17th through January 26th, 2026, with a raffle drawing on January 27th, 2026. Participants can pick up or print a Finding Frosty card and look for Frosty the Snowman displays inside participating downtown businesses. When a Frosty is found, a staff member will initial the card.

Once at least five Frostys are found, completed cards can be turned in by January 26th to be entered into the raffle. Participants can earn additional entries for finding more Frostys, up to a set limit.

Organizers say the family-friendly event is meant to encourage residents to shop local, discover downtown businesses, and spread holiday cheer. More details, including participating locations and drop-off information, are available through the Town of Windsor.
