CT Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize At Stop & Shop

WINDSOR, CT — A Windsor resident recently won $25,000 on a scratch ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident won $25,000 on a $2,000,000 MEGA MULTIPLIER scratch ticket sold Monday in Windsor at Stop & Shop, located at 1095 Kennedy Road, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent, in accordance with a new Connecticut law that took effect in October 2025.
