Big Lots Store In Windsor Plaza To Close
About nine of the retail chain's outlets in Connecticut will soon be shuttered, according to the company's website.

WINDSOR, CT — Less than a year after opening in the Windsor Shops plaza on Route 159, Big Lots has announced its imminent closure, along with several other Connecticut stores.
The discount retail chain, consisting of about 1,400 locations nationwide, will also close stores in New Milford, Newington, Norwich, Torrington and Waterbury. It had been previously announced that locations would be shuttered in Manchester, Milford and Waterford.
There is no date set for the stores' closures. On the Big Lots website, an offer of up to 20 percent off, with limited exceptions, is being promoted.
